Taylorville Christian Church and VisionWay History

The leadership and congregation of Taylorville Christian Church (TCC) developed a passion in the 1980’s to provide a quality Christian education to school children. That passion grew from a dream to a plan to the first preschool class and VisionWay Christian School (VCS) was born. TCC’s commitment to the area youth has flourished into our present day VCS.

 

Visionway Christian School

VisionWay Christian School started as Taylorville Christian Preschool in the fall of 1985. The school continued but changed its name to VisionWay Christian School when kindergarten was added in 1994. VisionWay Christian School is a Christian school that houses grades pre-k through 8. The school employs a staff of 29 people and has a very strong presence in the Taylorville community.
